Business Coaching has become an indispensible and organisational tool. Coaching in an organisation is an interactive process intended to foster rapid development. It focuses on improving performance and/or behaviour moving towards organisational goals, vision and values.
Coaching enables people to figure out their own solutions, develop skills and change behaviour. This will have a positive impact on the organisation as a whole. Individuals learn a great deal about themselves and will become equipped with ways of moving forward more confidently, positively and productively.
I offer Business coaching to both individuals and corporate groups. I am also able to provide in-house coach training to give managers the necessary skills and tools to offer coaching within the workplace. My approach whether group or individually based is unique and tailor made to fit with your specific needs.
