I offer Life and Business Coaching services. The principles of both remain the same; it is all about moving forward towards your desired goals. The main difference is purely on the degree of emphasis in specific areas. I also specialise in Interview Coaching.

Life Coaching

Aim to Be Life Coaching
Life coaching works on an individual level. It is not however limited to personal life and also addresses the professional life issues. Life coaching explores several areas in a person’s life and assists in identifying and achieving one’s dreams and ambitions.

Business Coaching

Aim to be Business Coaching
Business coaching is aimed at helping an individual or a team progress within a business environment. Here, business coaching is employed as an umbrella term and also refers to specific areas such as executive, performance, team and leadership coaching. It tends to place more emphasis on topics such as: goal setting, business planning, developing a marketing plan, management skills, team building, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.

Interview Coaching

Aim to be Interview Coaching
Interview coaching Interview Coaching gives you the opportunity to be the best “you” at an interview by providing you with the tools and confidence to succeed. It focuses on your own personal development needs and is very practical and results driven.

I am delighted to offer newcomers the first Life Coaching session for free. I feel the best way to understand the value and potential of Coaching is to experience it first hand, otherwise it may remain a concept.
The purpose of this session:
– Understand what Coaching is about and familiarise yourself with my style and approach.
– Define the areas of your life you would like to improve/change.
– Create between 1 and 3 inspiring goals that you want to achieve.
– Ask questions regarding the Coaching process, fees etc.
– Determine whether Coaching is for you and see if we are a good match.
If you already have predefined goals we can focus on those and if you don’t it’s my role to help you uncover and identify them.
After this first session you can decide whether you want to proceed.
